Xianchang Zeng is a Master’s candidate in Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and conducts research in obesity and weight management at the Department of Endocrinology, Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His current work focuses on food-tracking behaviors in digital weight-management programs, examining how tracking frequency relates to weight-loss outcomes and adherence, and further exploring a practical, “just-right” range of food-tracking frequency that balances feasibility with weight-loss benefits.
